We manufacture each and every control panel to the very highest standard and quality. Our skilled workforce takes great pride in making sure all control panels are built to the highest quality before being tested by our fully trained engineers.

Because each control panel is bespoke we can accommodate any custom specification that a client has, from the panel IP rating through to the shell colour or a triple bay down to a contactor box.

We manufacture a diverse range of control panels, ranging from a simple motor starter panel to a multi-bay control panel suite for the control of a fully automated plant.

Build Process

Firstly, each control panel we manufacture begins with our project engineers talking with clients to determine the best layout for their application. Then the general arrangement and electrical layouts are designed using a CAD package so drawing sizes and styles can be tailored to client requirements. Once the layouts are completed, they are thoroughly checked, then our in-house workshop assembles each panel to the desired specification. Our skilled engineers build each panel individually, checking every detail to ensure the final product is 100% accurate on completion. The build process can take anywhere from a day for smaller projects up to four weeks for larger panels.
